Jane is a recognized expert with over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources executive, consultant, and coach. Jane holds an MBA from Marquette University, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited through the International Coaching Federation, and holds certifications in: Emotional and Social Competence Inventory (ESCI), PDI Profiler, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Hogan Leadership Series, Human Synergistics Assessments, SHL Assessments, Change Style Indicator Influence Style Indicator, and Crucial Conversations. Her areas of expertise include: Leadership Development and Coaching, Talent Assessment and Training, Performance Management, Retention and Engagement, Change Management Strategies, and Succession Planning.
She brought her wealth of experience to the coaching relationship. She helped broaden my viewpoints subtly and effectively challenged me to define my leadership style. We were successful in achieving the goals I set out for the coaching relationship.
Jane helped me gain self-awareness and supported me through growing my leadership skills. One of the key areas we worked on was my ability to ask non-judgmental questions and giving open and honest feedback to my team.
Jane is an outstanding facilitator, teacher, and business partner. During the initial planning stages of a learning program, she takes the time to listen to the needs of my clients and leverages her decades of expertise as an HR leader to create a session that will meet those needs. Jane uses a variety of activity types (one-on-one, small groups, large groups, games, case studies, videos, personal stories, individual reflection, etc.) to not only keep the participants in her sessions moving but to help make it easy for them to apply what they have learned to their job/organization. Jane takes pride in her work and is very responsive to requests. She actively seeks out feedback and keeps me apprised of new tools and concepts that may be of value to me or my clients. Jane partnered with our PDP coordinator team to create sessions for our Professional Development Program that fit the needs of growing our IT professionals and the culture of our organization.
